The nonprofit group Neighbors Link Northern Westchester recently recognized Katonah resident, Michelle Bieber, with its Mary Weiss Volunteer Spirit Award. Bieber is one of just two volunteers in the county to receive the award, which is given each year in April, National Volunteer Month.
