An accident on the northbound Saw Mill Parkway in Chappaqua at Reader's Digest Road with a car off the road was reported at 8 a.m. The right lane of the Saw Mill River Parkway between Route 117 and I-684 in Katonah is blocked after another accident, resulting in stop-and-go traffic.
