Accident Blocks Two Lanes On Taconic Parkway, Delays On I-684, Saw Mill

An accident resulted in stop-and-go traffic on the northbound Taconic State Parkway on the border of Ossining and Yorktown Heights on Tuesday morning. Heavy delays were also being reported on southbound I-684 from the Putnam border through the merge to the Saw Mill River Parkway in Katonah.
