Lincoln Scholar To Close Out John Jay Homestead Lecture Series In Katonah

The Friends Of John Jay Homestead will close out their 2015 Scholars Lecture Series, entitled "America at War: Managing the Message," with a lecture by author Harold Holzer on Thursday. Holzer will present "Lincoln and the Power of the Press: The War for Public Opinion," a look at how newspapers courted public opinion during the presidency of Abraham Lincoln.
