An accident on southbound I-684 at Route 35 in Katonah has caused backups to Exit 7. The accident was reported at 7:45 a.m. A water main break on southbound Route 9A is causing delays between Route 117 and Route 100 in Mount Pleasant. The right lane of the southbound Bronx River Parkway is blocked after a tractor trailer hit an overpass at around dawn.
