Assemblyman David Buchwald, D-Mount Kisco, and Sen. George Latimer, D-Rye, announced that almost $120,000 in construction grants has been awarded to improve the infrastructure of libraries in Armonk, Harrison, West Harrison and Katonah. Funding for the Public Library Construction Grant Program was included in the 2015-16 state budget for renovations and construction projects to enhance public libraries and library systems.
