Danbury native illustrates life of working artist for New York students

Danbury native Scott Brundage , whose paintings have been seen in The New York Times , The Wall Street Journal and Scientific American, will speak to students about life as working artist on Thursday in New York. Brundage, who now lives in Brooklyn, will be the first guest in the visiting artists series at The Harvey School in Katonah, N.Y. Brundage's visit " ill provide Harvey students with opportunities to explore one of the many ways artists can carve out a creative niche for themselves and make a sound living in our society," said the school's fine arts chair, Rick Price in a prepared statement.
