The traffic noise over Interstate 684 has become so unbearable that Katonah residents are now calling on Gov. Andrew Cuomo to have the state pave the road to soften the decibels. In a petition, residents ask Cuomo to "remedy the deteriorated, dangerous road surface of Interstate-684 in the heart of our community."
