An accident is blocking the left lane on southbound I-684 Friday morning, resulting in stop-and-go traffic in the Katonah area. There are also delays on the southbound Saw Mill Parkway in Yonkers near Exit 6 after a vehicle overturned on the exit ramp around 7:35 a.m. The 7:30 a.m. I-684 accident, in the area of Route 35 , has resulted in heavy delays up to Route 116 .
