At least four people allegedly tried to pass fake $100 bills at several businesses in Katonah Tuesday, and police apprehended three of the suspects. The fourth suspect - described as a short, stocky dark-skinned black man with a "chin only" goatee - remains at-large and Bedford police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying him.
