On July 3 , 2015, at 9:00PM, the New York State Police conducted a DWI sobriety checkpoint on ST-35 in the Town of Somers, Westchester County, which yielded the following arrests: Edmon A. Shahikian, 30, of Katonah-Misdemeanor DWI Arrest -refused chemical test -to appear in the Town of Somers Court July 13. Jeanelle Legeset, 39, of Mahopac-Felony DWI Arrest-had a BAC.
